Refund policy

We are confident you'll love your purchase. If not, we offer free returns within 30 days.

Timeframe: Eligible within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in brand new, unworn, and unused condition, with no damage or alterations.
Complete Packaging: All original items must be returned, including the dust bag, Arbor box, authenticity card, warranty card (if applicable), and all original tags, with the anti-tamper / security seal tag intact, unremoved, and undamaged.
Easy Process: Contact our Customer Service to obtain a free prepaid return label and a Return Authorization Number. Send the package back using the provided materials. Upon receipt and quality verification, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original components.
Customized or personalized items.
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
